New York Putnam County Chinese Association (NYPCCA ) founded in 2016. It’s a nonpolitical, nonreligious, nonprofit community educational and charity organization. The goals are to provide a forum for Chinese language and culture to the community to share common interests, exchange views and ideas to assist community activities and many aspects of development. New York Putnam County Chinese School is subsidiary of NYPCCA.
